Callie Beethe

Administrative Coordinator

Callie Beethe was born and raised in Colorado. She attended the University of Kentucky, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Merchandising, Apparel and Textiles. Beethe moved to Alaska in 2013. She received a Master of Business Administration from Alaska Pacific University. Throughout her career, she’s made her mark on several Alaskan-owned businesses and nonprofits. Beethe has extensive experience organizing and supporting events for companies. She was an account manager at Spawn Ideas, a product designer at FisheWear and a customer service specialist at Skhoop. Beethe also worked with the Anchorage School District’s Play-to-Learn preschool program, which allowed her to see what it’s like to make a difference in the lives of young Alaskans. In her role at Alaska Resource Education, Beethe is excited to help students understand the industries that shape Alaska and the career opportunities available close to home. She believes in ARE’s mission of connecting education to real-world careers and helping students see a future in their own communities. As a lifelong lover of mountains, Beethe is an avid hiker and skier. She volunteers her time to Challenge Alaska and SheJumps in Alaska.
